Lou Ann has worked in the staffing industry for twenty-two years.  She started with Manpower in 1994 as a Service Representative.   In 1997, Lou Ann left Manpower for a new position at Carolina Temporaries where she was responsible for designing a new application that met the EEOC standards.  As well as the application she created a staffing process for the coordinators to follow which included a standardized interview sheet to be utilized for all applicants.  Lou Ann managed 3 offices for Carolina Temporaries working with the inside staff and the various clients.  When Carolina Temporaries was acquired by USA Staffing in 2002, she became a branch manager for USA Staffing where she managed the customer development activities as well as planning and monitoring the branch sales.  Lou Ann implemented and monitored activities designed to recruit, train and retain employees for client positions/assignments. She was then promoted to Area Director and had responsibilities for 4 branches. In 2010 Lou Ann was provided the opportunity to become an owner, and Integrated Staffing Solutions, Inc. was formed. She operated 4 locations with over 10 million dollars in sales.   In 2016 Integrated Staffing Solutions, Inc. was acquired by Hire Alternatives and she became an Area Manager.  Lou Ann now gets to focus all of her time on her clients and work with them daily to overcome challenges and assist in making new hires.
